AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 O~ SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES-
TABLISHIN G A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, SAID AMENDMENT
TRANSFERRING CERTA1N TERRITORY IN
DISTRICT R-l, SINGLE FAMILY, TO R-1-B
(SINGLE FAMILY) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 362 of the City of Sanford,
Florida passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended, said
ordinance being entitled: "An ordinance establishing a zoning plan
within the City of Sanford, creating 14 districts, regulating and re-
stricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, the heights and size
of structures, the size of open spaces for light and ventilation, adopt-
ing a map of said districts; defining terms, uses; providing for the
adjustment, enforcement and amendment thereof, and prescribing
penalties for violation." be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
The property zoned in District R-1 (Single-Family),
bounded on North by 24th Street, South by 2$th Street
(Geneva Avenue), West by Jefferson Court, extended,
and on the East by the East section line of Section 31,
Township 19 South, Range 31 East, said property being
m ore particularly described as Lots 9 through 15 and
Lots 29 through 35 of Block 2; All of Blocks 4, 5, 6 and
8 through 17, of Wynnewood Subdivision; and replat of
Blocks 2 and 7 of Wynnewood Subdivision,
be and the same is hereby transferred from R-l, Single Family, to
R-I-B, Single Family District.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed,
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of March, A.D. 1958.
