AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES-
TABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, SAID AMENDMENT
TRANSFERRING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN
DISTRICT C-l, COMMERCIAL RETAIL TO
R-l, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT,
AND TRANSFERRING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN
DISTRICT R-l, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT TO C 1, COMMERCIAL RETAIL
DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION k That Ordinance No. 362 of the City of Sanford,
Florida passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended, said
ordinance being entitled: "An ordinance establishing a zoning plan
within the City of Sanford, creating 14 districts, regulating and re-
stricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, the height and size
of structures, the size of open spaces for light and ventilation, adopt-
ing a map of said districts; de£ining terms, uses; providing for the
adjustment, enforcement and amendment thereof, and prescribing
penalties for violation." be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Lots ~.and 2 of Block 9 San Lanta Second Section,
and Lots 2, 4and 6o~BlockE, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4,
5 and 6 of Block F, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5and 6of
Block G, all of Celery Avenue Addition, and the
North 120 ieet oi' NW 1/4 of Section 31, Township
19 South, Range 31 East, all lying and being in the
City of Sanford, County of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby transferred from C-i, Commercial Retail
District to R-i, Single Family Residential District.
AND
Lots 30 to 38 inclusive of Block 1 of Palm
Terrace, City of Sanford, Seminole County,
Florida,
be and the same is hereby transferred from R-I, Single Family District
to C-i, Commercial Retail District.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10 day of Navch, 1958
