AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA REPEALING SECTION 18-49 OF
CHAFFER 18, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, 1954, ENTITLED
SHADE TREES--CUTTING, INJURING, ETC.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 18-49 of Chapter 18, The Code of
the City of Sanford, Florida 1954, Shade trees--Cutting, injuring, etc.,
be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED This lz[ day of April ,
