AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING CHAFFER 3, SECTION
3-i THEREOF, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA 1954, ENTITLED HAND-
BILLS, CIRCULARS, ETC.--PLACING IN
MOTOR VEHICLES OR ON PREMISES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Chapter 3, Section 3-I thereof, The Code
of the City of Sanford, Florida 1954, entitIed handbills, circulars, etc. --
placing in motor vehicles or on premises, be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 3-1. Handbills, circulars, etc.--Placing in motor vehicles or
on premises.
It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or cause to be
deposited on or in motor vehicles in the city, or on any premises in the
city, any handbills, placards, showbills, circulars or other advertising
matter.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
