AN ORDINANCE OF TH~ CITY OF SANFORD~
FLORIDA ESTABLISHING CLOSING HOURS FOR
THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY
CLUBS AS DEFINED BY APPLICABLE LAWS
OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That clubs, as defined by applicable laws of the
State of Florida, holding valid licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages,
and located within the City of Sanford, Florida, are l~ere, by required to ob-
serve the following closing hours for the sale of alcoholic beverages:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 11:00 P.M.
Thursday and Saturday - 2:00 A.M.
SECTION 2: In all other respects the rules, regulations and
laws of the State of Florida regarding hours of sale and closing hours
pertaining to alcoholic beverages shall apply.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, A.D. 1958.
