AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING CHAPTER 18, SECTION
18-57 THEREOF, THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA 1954, ENTITLED
TRAILERS--TO BE PARKED ONLY IN TRAILER
PARKS: EXCEPTIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Chapter 18, Section 18-57 thereof, The Code
oi the City of Sanford, Florida 1954, entitled trailers--to be parked only
in trailer parks, exceptions, be and the same is hereby amended ro
read as follows:
Section 18-57. Automobile trailers, trucks,
trailers and other vehicles--to be parked only
in trailer parks; exceptions.
Al1 automobile trailers, trucks, trailers or
other vehicles occupied by human beings for
· ,, ~ living quarters in the city, shall be parked in
[---./ , ! a regular licensed trailer park; provided, that
_),)..?' ~ ) such vehicles may be parked elsewhere for a
· r (_.i) period not longer than three weeks upon the
( owner or party desiring to so occupy the same
51 obtaining from the City Manager a permit for
such three weeks parking.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED This 23rd day of June, A. D. 1958.
