AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD~ FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 362 OF SAID GITY~ AS AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES- TABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD~, SAID AMENDMENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN DISTRICT R-l, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT~ TO R-2~ MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION i: That Ordinance No. 362 of the City of Sanford, Florida passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended, said ordi- nance being entitled: "An ordinance establishing a zoning plan within the City of Sanford, creating 14 districts, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, the heights and size of structures, the size of open spaces for light and ventilation, adopting a map of said districtsi defining terms, uses; providing for the adjustment, enforcement and amendment thereof, and prescrib- ing penalties for violation." be and the same is hereby amended as follows: Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 29 of Mellonville, according to Plat thereof recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby transferred from R-i, Single Family Residential District to R-2, Multiple Family Residential District. SECTION 2: That ali ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective immediateIy upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, A.D. 1958.
