AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORDA CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING
THAT GERTAIN EAST-WEST ALLEY LYING SOUTH
OF 18TH STREET AND NORTH OF 19TH STREET
AND EXTENlJlNG BETWEEN SANFORD AVENUE
AND PALMETTO AVENUE IN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY TIlE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that certain alley in the City of Sanford, Florida
described as that certain East-West alley lying South of 18th Street and
North of 19th Street and extending between Sanford Avenue and Palmetto
Avenue in the City of Sanford, Florida, be and the same is hereby closed,
vacated and abandoned as a public alley in the City of Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2: That ail ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. "~,
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
