Home My WebLink About651 ORDINANCE NO. 651 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA AMENDING CHAPTER 15, SECTION 18-57 THEREOF~ AS AMENDED~ THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD~ FLORIDA 1954, ENTITLED TRAILERS--TO BE PARKED ONLY IN TRAILER PARKS: EXCEPTIONS. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Chapter 18, Section 18-57 thereof, as amended, The Code of the City of Sanford, Florida 1954, entitled trailers--to be parked only in trailer parks, exceptions, be and the same is hereby amended to read as Follows: Section 18-57, Automobile trailers, trucks, trailers and other vehicles--to be parked only in trailer pa:ks; exceptions. All automobile trailers, trucks, trailers or other vehicles occupied by human beings for living quarters in the city, shall be parked in a regularly licensed trailer park; no person shall park, any house trailer or mobile home whether occupied or unoccupied on any premises located within the City, and no unoccupied trailer or mobile home shall be parked on any private premises unless the same be kept in a private garage building; provided however, nothing herein contained shall be deemed to prohibit the occupancy or~ location of trailers or mobile holmes in l~l~-trailer parks, and nothing h,~rein con{'~ined shall prohibit the parking of new trailers for display purposes in connection with sates and merchandising thereof by duly licensed trailer dealers. SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. 1958. PASSED AND ADOPTED This llth day of August, A.D.
