ORDINANCE NO. 661
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANEORD,
FLORIDA CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING
THAT CERTAIN NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY BETWEEN
18TH STREET AND 20TH STREET AND CHASE
AVENUE AND MARSHALL AVENUE EXTENDED;
THAT CERTAIN EAST-WEST ALLEY BETWEEN
18TH STREET AND 20TH STREET AND CHASE
AVENUE AND MARSHALL AVENUE; THAT
CERTAIN EAST-WEST ALLEY BETWEEN.18TH
STREET AND 20TH STREET AND CHASE AVENUE
AND LAKE AVENUE AND LYING NORTH OF AND
ADJACENT TO LOTS 65 AND 66 OF PINEHURST,
RESERVING HOWEVER A PUBLIC UTILITIES
EASEMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that certain North-South alley between 18th
Street and 20th Street and Chase Avenue and Marshall Avenue extended;
that certain East-West alley between 18th Street and 20th Street and Chase
Avenue and Marshall Avenue; that certain East-West alley between 18th
Street and 20th Street and Chase Avenue and Lake Avenue and lying North
of and adjacent to Lots 65 and 66 of Pinehurst, be and the same are hereby
closed, vacated and abandoned as public alleys in the City of Sanford, Florida,
provided however, that the City of Sanford retain on said lands an easement
for public utilities.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinames in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
