RECORDS ORDINANCE NO.__ 667
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDON-
ING THAT PORTION OF ROSE STREET IN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA FROM ITS INTER-
SE(ITION WITH CHAPMAN VENUE EAST TO ITS
NTERSECTION WITH LOCUST AVENUE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Rose Street in the City of
Sanford, Florida from its intersection with ' ·
Chapman Avenue East to its
'non with Locust Avenue, be and the same is hereby closed, vacated
mtersec '
and abandoned as a public stroet in the City of Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2: That all ordinan_es or parts of ordinances in
-:onflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall become effectiw~ immediately

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of January, A.D. 1959.
