FLORIDA, AM. ENDING 0RDINA~NCE NU~ER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS A~ENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ESTAB-
LISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, SAID AMENDME~£ TRANS-
FERRING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN DISTRICT
R-2 l~ DISTRICT C-2 IN SAID CITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY I~E PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. Ttzat Ordinance Number 362 of the
City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted Decem-
ber 26, 1944, as amended, said ordinance being en-
titled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoning plan
within the City of Sanford, creating fourteen (14)
districts, regulating and restricting the location
and use of buildings, structures, land and water for
trade, industry, residence or other purposes; the
hei~'ht and size oF structures, and size of open
spaces for light and ventillation; adopting a map
of said districts; defining terms, uses; providing
for the adjustment, enforcement and amendment thereof;
and prescribing penalties for violation.", be, and the
same is hereby amended as follows:
The property zoned in District R-Z
(Multiple Family District), described
as Lots 9, 10, and 11 of Block 3,
Tier 6, and Lots 6 to 10 inclusive
of Block 4, Tier 6 of E. R. Trafford's
map of the Town of Sanford, according
to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2,
Pages 56 to 64.
be and the same is hereby transferred from R-2,
Multiple Family District, to C-2, Commercial Indus-
trial District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become
effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
