AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING SECTION 12 OR ORDINANCE
NO. 362, AS AMENDED, BY PROVIDING FOR THE
PERMITTING OF MECHANICAL GARAGES AND
PAINT AND BODY SHOPS IN C-l, RETAIL COM-
MERCIAL DISTRICTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph A of Section 12 of Ordinance
No. 362, as amended, bhe same being the zoning ordinance of the City of
Sanford, and said Section providing for uses permitted in C-1 retail corn-
mercial district, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following additional uses Permitted:
"10. Mechanical garages and paint and
body shops."
SECTION 2: All orcinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, A.D. 1959.
