AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA ADOPTING A REVISED ELECTRICAL
CODE FOR THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby adopted as the Electrical
Code of the City of Sanford, Florida, Electrical Code of the City of
Sanford, Florida November 1, 1957, revised May 1, 1959, and an
original copy of said Code is herewith placed on permanent file with
the City Clerk of the City of Sanford, and the contents thereof made a
part hereof as fully and completely as if herein set forth, and said copy
to be always available for inspection or reproduction by any citizen of
the City of Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2. Violation of said Code shall be puni6hable
according to Section 1-8, The Code of the City of Sanford, Florida,
1954, as amended.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.

foregoing, Ordinance No. 685, PASSED and ADOPTED by the City
Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 27th. day
of July, 1959, was POSTED at the front door of the City Hall
in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 28th. day of July, 1959.
