AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA REPEALING SECTION 18-9 THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, 1954,
AS AMENDED, SAID SECTION PROHIBITING
BURIALS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS
OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 18-9, The Code of the City of
Sanford, Florida, 1954, as amended, providing for prohibiting burials
within the Corporate Limits of the City of Sanford, Florida, be and the
same is hereby reprealed.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby reprealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, A.D. 1959.
