AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN~
DONING THAT PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN
ALLEY DESCRIBED AS THE WESTERLY 117
FEET OF THAT CERTAIN EAST-WEST ALLEY
BETWEEN MYRTLE AVENUE AND ELM AVENUE
AND FIRST STREET AND COMMERCIAL STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of that certain alley in the
City of Sanford, Florida described as the westerly 117 feet of that
certain east-west alley between Myrtle Avenue and Elm Avenue and
First Street and Commercial Street, be, and the same is hereby closed,
vacated and abandoned as a pablic alley in the City of Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are aereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, A.D. 1959.
