AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING CHAPTER 14, SECTION
14-13 THEREOF, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA 1954, ENTITLED SCHEDULE
OF OCCUPATIONS AND LICENSE TAXES BY
CHANGING TNEREIN ITEM 82, DOG LICENSES,
FROM 25¢ to $1.00.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Item 82 of Chapter 14, Section 14-13,
The Code of the City of Sanford, Florida 1954, providing for a 25¢
dog license fee, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
82. Dog Licenses $1.00
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
