AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES-
TABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN Ti-IE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRI-
TORY IN DISTRICT R-lC, SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT IN SAID CITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of
Sanford, Florida passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended,
said ordinance being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoning
plan within the City of Sanford, creating fifteen (15) districts,
regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures,
land and water for trade, h~dustry, residence or other purposes; the
l~eight and size of structures, and size of open spaces for light and
bentilation; adopting a map of said districts; defining terms, uses;
providing for the adjustment, enforcement and amendment thereof;
and prescribing penalties for violation. ", be, and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
The property described as follows, to-wit:
The property located on the East side of French
Avenue between 26m and 27th Streets, more
particularly described as Lots 413 through 484
inclusive (Less Lots 45~, 453, 455, 457 and 459),
and Lots 514, 516, 518, 520, 522, 524, 526, 528,
530 and 532, all of F. L. Woodruff's Subdivision;
all of Pinecrest Heights Replat; all of South Pinecrest;
all of South Pinecrest First Addition; al/ of Country
Club Manor; Country Club Manor Units No. One,
Two aad T~ree,
be and the same is laereby zoned in District R-lC, Single Family
Residential District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith, be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October, A.D.
