AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES-
TABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRI-
TORY IN DISTRICT C-l, COMMERCIAL-
RETAIL DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of tt~e City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended,
said ordinance being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoning plan
within the City of Sanford, creath~g fifteen (15) districts, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and
water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes; the height
and size of structures, and size of open spaces for light and ventila-
tion; adopting a map of said districts; defining terms, uses; providing
for the adjustment, enforcement and amendment thereof; and pre-
scribing penalties for violation. ", be, and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
The area bounded on the North by Country Club
Road, and on the South by 25th (Geneva) Street,
and on the East by Hardy Avenue, and on the West
by Lake Mary Road, AND all Blocks 16 and 17,
Dreamwold; Lots 510, 511, 512, 513, 5t5, 517,
519, 521, 523, 525, 527, 529 and 531, F. L.
Woodruff's Subdivision,
be and the same is hereby zoned C-I, Commercial-Retail District.
SECTION 2. Taat all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
