AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES-
TABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRI-
TORX~ IN DISTRICT R-lC, SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, AND R-t, SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPL/E OF TIlE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION i. That Orclinance Number 362 of tae City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 26, i944, as amended,
said ordinance being ehtitled: "An Ordinance establisi~inb a zoning plan
within the City of Sanford, creating fifteen (15) districts, regulatins
and restricting the location and use of buil0ings, structures, land and
water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes; the heights
and size of structures, and size of open spaces for light and ventila-
tion; adopting a map of said districts; defhaing terms, uses; providing
for the adjustment, enforcement and ameadment thereof; and pre-
scribins penalties for violation. ", be, and the same is hereby amende
as follows:
Lots 451, 453, 455, 457 and 459, all in F. L. Woodruff's
Subdivision, according to plat tl~ereof recorded in the Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby zoned R-l, Single Family Residential District.
AND
Lots 413, 4i5, 417, 419, 421, 423, 425, 427, 429, 431, 433,
435, 437, 439, 44~, 443, 445, 447, 449; 461 through 484 inclusive;
.and Lots 514, 510, 5i8, 520, 522, 524, 526, 528, 530, 532; all in
F. L. Woodruff's Subdivision.
All property located in subdivisions platted as Pinecr~.st Heights
Replat, South Pinecrest, South Pinecrest First Addition,
South Pinecrest Second Addition, South Pinecrest Third
Addition, and South Pinecrest Fouz-th Addition;
Begi~ming at the point of intersection of the norti~ right of
way line of 20th Street and the present westerly city limits
of Sanford, Florida, running thence westerly along said
north right of way of 20ti~ Street and its extension to the
easterly right of way line of the old Atlantic Coast Line
Railroad Company right of way, thence southwesterly
aloug said easterly rigl~t of way line to the center linc of
the Country Club Road, thence westerly along said ceuter
line to the center line of the Old Lake Mary Road, thence
southerly along said center line of the Old Lake Mary Road
to the Center line of 25th Street extended, thence easterlv
along said center line of 25th Street and its extension to t'ne
present Sauford City Limits, thence northerly along said
present city limits line to ti~e poiut of beginning, Less the area
bounded on the north by Country Club Road, and on the south by
25m (Geueva) Street, and on the east by Hardy Avenue, and on
the west by Lake Mary Road,
be and the same is hereby zoned R-lC, Single Family Residential District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, be, and the same a/re hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
