AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN
STREET DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT A POINT
ON THE EAST BOUNDARY OF LOT 1, BLOCK 28,
MELLONVILLE, 81 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH-
EAST CORNER OF SAID LOT, RUN SOUTHERLY
ALONG SAID BOUNDARY 15 FEET, THENCE
WESTERLY TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
SAID LOT, THENCE EASTERLY TO POINT OF
BEGINNING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of that certain street in the City
of Sanford, Florida described as beginning at a point on the east boundary
of Lot 1, Block 28, Mellonville, 81 feet south of the northeast corner of said
lot, run southerly along said boundary 15 feet, thence westerly to the south-
west corner of said lot, thence easterly to point of beginning, be, and the same
is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public street in the City of
Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, A.D. 1960.

foregoing, Ordinance No. 708, PASSED and ADOPTED by the City
Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 14th. day of
~arch, 1960, was POSTED at the front door of the City Hall in
the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 17th. day of March, 1960.
