AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES-
TABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
TERRITORY FROM DISTRICT C-N,
COMMERCIAL-NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING
DISTRICT, TO C-l, COMMERCIAL-RETAIL
DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended,
said ordinance being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoning plan
within the City of Sanford, creating fifteen (15) districts, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, Land and
water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes; the heights
and size of structures, and size of open spaced for light and ventila-
tion; adopting a map of said districts; defining terms, uses; providing
for the adjustment, enforcement and amendment thereof; and prescribing
penalties for violation. ", be, and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Lots 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, Block 3, Eldorado
Subdivision, according to plat thereof recorded
in PLat Book 4, page 29, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida,
be, and the same is hereby zoned C-l, Commercial-Retail District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
