AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES-
TABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRI-
TORY IN C-I (COMMERCIAL-RETAIL)
DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE Cl~Ih, OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, pa:~sed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended, said
ordinance being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoning plan
within the City of Sanford, creating fifteen (15) oistricts, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and
water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes; the height
and size of structures, and size of open spaces for light and ventila-
tion; adopting a map of said districts; defining terms, uses; providing
for the adjustment, enforcement and amendment thereof; and pre-
scribing penalties for violation. ", be and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
Lots 6, 7andS, Block 2, Tier 9; Lots 3, 4and
5, Block 3, Tier 9; Lots 6 through 10, Block 2,
Tier 10; Lots 1 through 5, Block 3, Tier 10; Lots
1 through 5, Block 3, Tier 11; all of E. R. Trafford's
Map of the Town of Saaford, according to Plat Book 1,
pages 56-64, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida,
be and the same is hereby transferred from R-2 (Multiple Family
Reskiential)District, to C-1 (Commercial-Retail) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, be, and the same ~-~ ;~ereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and a,~'option.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2ad day of May, A.D. 1960.

the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 24th
day of May, 1960.
