ORDINANCE NO. 715
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT PART OF THIRD STREET LYING
BETWEEN SAN MARCOS AND MELLONVILLE
AVENUES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1. That the part of Third Street lying between
San Marcos and Mellonville Avenues, be, and the same is hereby, closed,
vacated and abandoned as a public street in the City of Sanford, Florida,
provided however, that there shall be and is hereby reserved unto the
City of Sanford the following described perpetual easements under, upon
and across that part of Third Street hereby vacated, closed and abandoned,
for the following purposes:
(a) For public alley, a strip of land 14 feet in width
centered on the center line and extending the length
of the right-of-way of said part of Third Street here-
by closed, vacated and abandoned, and,
(b) For utility purposes, including specifically
storm and sanitary sewers, and for the installation,
inspection, servicing, repair, maintenance, and the
replacement of all utilities now or hereafter existing
thereon, a strip of land 14 feet in width centered on
an extention of that line dividing Lots 1 and 2 from
Lots 3 and 4, Block 28, Mellonville, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 120,
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
Each such easement including the right of free ingress
and egress under, upon and across said property for any of the pur-
poses aforesaid.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

at the front door of the City Hall in the C£ty of San-
ford, Florida, on the 14th day of June, 1960.
