AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES-
TABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN TERRI-
TORY FROM R-iA (SINGLE FAMILY) DISTRICT,
TO R-2 (MULTIPLE FAMILY) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended, said
ordinance being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoning plan
within the City of Sanford, creating fifteen (15) districts, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and
water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes; the heights
and size of structures, and size of open spaces for light and ventila-
tion; adopting a map of said districts; defining terms, uses; providing
for the adjustment, enforcement and amendment thereof; and prescribing
penalties for violation. ", be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of Park Avenue
with South line of NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 36, Township
19 South, Range 30 East, run West 169.7 feet for point of
beginning, run West 70 feet, thence North 315 feet, thence
South 50 degrees East to point North of beginning, thence
South to beginning, the same being Lot 6, Keeleys Addition,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 86,
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
be, and the same is hereby zoned R-2 (Multiple Family) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, A.D. 1960.

going 0rdinauce No 718, PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission

posted at the front door of the City Hall in the City of Sanford,
Florida, on the 28th day of June, 1960.
