AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES-
TABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMEND-
MENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN TERRITORY
FROM C-1 (COMMERCIAL-RETAIL) DISTRICT,
TO C-2 (COMMERCIAL-INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLOR
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended, said
ordinance being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoning plan
within the City of Sanford, creating fifteen (15) districts, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and
water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes; the heights
and size of structures, and size of open spaces for light and ventila-
tion; adopting a map of said districts; defining terms, uses; providing
for the adjustment, enforcement and amendment thereof; and prescribing
penalties for violation. ", be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 14, Tier 8, Sanford, Florida,
according to E. R. Trafford's Map thereof recorded
in Plat Book 1, pages 56-64, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida.
be, and the same is hereby zoned C-2 (Commercial Industrial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith, be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, A.D. 1960.
