HomeMy WebLinkAbout720ORDINANCE NO. 7~0 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE TABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMEND- MENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN R-lC (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended, said ordinance being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoning plan within the City of Sanford, creating fifteen (15) districts, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes; the heights and size of structures, and size of open spaces for light and ventila- tion; adopting a map of said districts; defining terms, uses; providing for the adjustment, enforcement and amendment thereof; and prescribing penalties for violation. ", be, and the same is hereby amended as follows: Lots 1 through 9 inclusive, and that portion of Lot 10 lying South of the North line of Lot 9 extended easterly to the easterly line of said Lot 10, all in Block 1 and all of Block 2, SAN SEM KNOLLS FIRST ADDITION, according to Plat Book 13, page 65, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, together with the unplatted portion of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 36, Township 19 South, Range 30 East, lying South of the South line of Lot 2, Block 2, of said SAN SEM KNOLLS FIRST ADDITION extended easterly to the center of Marshall Avenue and lying adjacent to and easterly from the easterly line of Lot 10 of said Block 2 and lying North of the North line of 20th Street and lying West of the center line of said Marshall Avenue, and the West 1/2 of Marshall Avenue lying North of the said South line of said Lot 2 of said Block 2 and South of the said North line of said Lot 9 of said Block 1 extended easterly, be, and the same is hereby zoned R-lC (Single-Family Residential) District. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, be, and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, A.D. 1960.
