ANFORD, ' ~,?f:
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT PORTION OF A CERTAIN
EAST-WEST ALLEY LYING BETWEEN THE
WEST LINE OF LOT 10, BLOCK 2, TIER 5,
EXTENDED, AND THE EAST LINE OF LOTS 5
AND 6, BLOCK 2, TIER 4, EXTENDED, ALL IN
E. R. TRAFFORD'S MAP OF SANFORD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of a certain East-West alley
lying between the West line of Lot 10, Block 2, Tier 5, extended, and
the East line of Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, Tier 4, extended, all in E. R.
Trafford's Map of Sanford, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 1, pages 56-64, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be,
anc~ the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley
in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim any
rights of the City and the public to said area.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and ~he same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1/~ day of July, A.D. 1960.
