ORDINANCE OF THE cITY OF sANFORD,
ACATING AND ABAN-

BE IT ENACTED BY T~ pEoPLE OF THE CITY OF S~O~' FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the part of Third street ~ying
between san Car~os and San MarCOS Avenues, be, and the same is
herebY, closed, vacated and abandoned as a publiC street in
the City of sanford, FLorida, provided however, that there
shaL~ be and is hereby reserved unto the City of Sanford the
following described pe~etuaL easements under, upon and across
that part oi ~ird street hereby vacated, closed and abandoned,
got the ~oLLOWi~ purposes:
(a) For public alley, a strip of land 14
feet in width centered on the center
Line and extending the Length of the
right-of-way of said part of ~ird
street hereby closed, vacated and
abandoned, and,
(b) For utility purposes, including speci-
fically sto~ and sanitary sewers, and
for the installation, inspection, se~i-
clng, repair, maintenance, and the
replacement of all utilities now or
hereafter existing thereon, a strip of
Land 14 feet in width centered on an
extention of that Line dividing Lots 1
and 2 from LotS 3 ~d 4, BLock 23,
Mellonville, according to the plat
thereof recorded in plat Book L, Page
120, Public Records of seminole county,
FLorida.

ingress and egress under, upon ~d across said property for
any of the purposes aforesaid.
SECTION 2. ~at al~ ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the s~e are hereby,
repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become
effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
