AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
611 OF SAID CITY, WHICH ORDINANCE CLOSED,
VACATED AND ABANDONED A NORTH-SOUTH
ALLEY FROM ROSALIA DRIVE SOUTH TO AN
EAST-WEST ALLEY BETWEEN LOCUST AVENUE
AND VERNANGO AVENUE IN BLOCK 20, SAN
LANTA SECOND SECTION, SAID AMENDMENT
CORRECTING AN ERRONEOUS DESCRIPTION OF
SAID ALLEY AND VACATING THE SAME DESCRIBED
ALLEY LYING IN BLOCK 18 OF SAID PLAT.
WHEREAS, on April 22, 1957, the City of Sanford, Florida, by
Ordinance No. 611, closed, vacated and abandoned that certain North-South
alley from Rosalia Drive South to its intersection with an East-West alley
lying between Locust Avenue and Vernango Avenue, said North-South alley
bounded on the West by Lot 18 and on the East by Lot 19 of Block 20, San
Lanta Second Section, and
WHEREAS, said alley was erroneously described as being in
Block 20 and should have been described as being in Block 18,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 611 of the City of Sanford, Florida
be, and the same is hereby amended to close, vacate and abandon that certain
alley in the City of Sanford, Florida running North and South from Rosalia
Drive South to its intersection with an East-West alley between Locust
Avenue and Vernango Avenue and bounded on the West by Lot 18 and on
the East by Lot 19 of Block 18, San Lanta Second Section in the City of
Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
