ORDINANCE NO. 733
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING ALL UTILITY EASEMENTS, ALLEYS,
AND PORTIONS OF STREETS LYING WITHIN
CERTAIN LANDS IN SAID CITY BOUNDED ON
THE NORTH BY CELERY AVENUE, ON THE
EAST BY MELLONVILLE AVENUE, ON THE
SOUTH BY THE S & E BRANCH OF THE AT-
LANTIC COAST LINE RAILROAD, AND ON
THE WEST BY LOCUST AVENUE (EXCEPT-
lNG A PART THEREOF); REPEALING CON-
FLICTING ORDINANCES; AND, PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That all utility easements, alleys, and portions
of streets lying within certain lands in the City of Sanford, Florida, bounded
on the north by Celery Avenue, on the east by Mellonville Avenue, on the
south by the S ir E Branch of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad, and on the
west by Locust Avenue, .e. xcept that part of said land lying within 773 feet
south of the center line of Celery Avenue and 235 feet westerly of the center
line of Mellonville Avenue, be, and the same are hereby, closed, vacated
and abandoned, and the City of Sanford, Florida, does hereby disclaim any
and all rights of said city and the public thereto. This ordinance is not in-
tended, and shall not be construed or interpreted, as effecting in any way
the closing, vacating or abandonment of any part or ail of the utility ease-
ments, alleys, or streets as shown in that certain plat of San Lanta Third
Section heretofore approved by the Mayor of the City of Sanford, Florida
on September 2, 1960, and recorded in the Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida, subsequent to the date of enactment hereof.

That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 3rd day of October 1960.
