HomeMy WebLinkAbout736 ORDINANCE NO. 7~6 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF' SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES- TABLIS[tlNG A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMEND- MENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN TERRITORY FROM R-3 (SINGLE-FAMILY) DISTRICT, TO R-4 (MULTIPLE-FAMILY) DISTRICT. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of Sanforo, Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended, saic~ ordinance being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoning plan within the City of Sanford, creating fifteen (15) districts, regulating and restricting the lo- cation ana use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry, resic;ence or other purposes; the heights and size of structures, and size of open spaces for light and ventilation; adopting a map of :-.'aid districts; defining terms, uses; providing for the adjustment, enforcement and amendment thereof; and prescribing penalties for violation. ". be, and the same is hereby amended as follows: Lot 1, Block 9, Tier 15, Seminole Park, accorcling to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 75, Public Recorc~s of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby zoned R-4 (Multiple-Family) District. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewim be and the same are hereby repealeo. SECTION 3.
