AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF' SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES-
TABLIS[tlNG A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMEND-
MENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN TERRITORY
FROM R-3 (SINGLE-FAMILY) DISTRICT, TO
R-4 (MULTIPLE-FAMILY) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of Sanforo,
Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended, saic~ ordinance
being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoning plan within the City of
Sanford, creating fifteen (15) districts, regulating and restricting the lo-
cation ana use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry,
resic;ence or other purposes; the heights and size of structures, and size
of open spaces for light and ventilation; adopting a map of :-.'aid districts;
defining terms, uses; providing for the adjustment, enforcement and
amendment thereof; and prescribing penalties for violation. ". be, and
the same is hereby amended as follows:
Lot 1, Block 9, Tier 15, Seminole Park,
accorcling to plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 2, page 75, Public Recorc~s of Seminole
County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby zoned R-4 (Multiple-Family) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewim be and the same are hereby repealeo.
SECTION 3. That tills ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
