AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES-
TABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRI-
TORY IN DISTRICT C-N (COMMERCIAL-
NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amendeci, saic~, ordinance
being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoning pla~ within the City of
Sanford, creating fifteen (15) districts, regulating and restricting the lo-
cation and use of buildings, structuz-es, land and water for traae, industry,
residence or other purposes; the heights and size of structures, and size
of open spaces for light and ventilation; adopting a map of said eistricts;
defining terms, uses~; providing for the adjustment, enforcement and
amendment thereof; and prescribing penalties for violation. ". be and
the same is hereby amendecI as follows:
Lots 1 through 3 inclusive, and Lots 7 through 9
inclusive, Park View Subdivision, according to
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 89,
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby zoned C-N (Commercial-Neighborhood Shopping)
District.
SECTION 2. That ali ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th clay of November, A.D.
