AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES-
TABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WFFHIN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRI-
TORY IN DISTRICT R-I (SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and aclopted December 26, 1944, as amended, said ordinance
being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoni~Ig plan within the City of
Sanford, creating fifteen (15) districts, regulating and restricting the lo-
cation and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry,
residence or other purposes; the heights and size of structuz-es, and size
of open spaces for light and ventilation; adopting a map of said districts;
defining terms, uses; providing for the adjustment, enforcement and
amendment thereof; and prescribing penalties for violation. ". be and
the same is hereby amended as; follows:
Lots 4, 5 and 6, Park Vies Subdivision, according
,to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 89,
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby zoned R-[ (Single-Family Residential) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same epeale(~.
