AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES-
TABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE
CiTY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN ThiRRI-
TORY IN DISTR1CT R-lC (SINGLE-FAMILY)
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as an~ded, said ordinance
being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoning plan within the City of
Sanforc~, creating fifteen (15) districts, regulating an~ restricting the lo-
cation and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry,
residence or other purposes; the heights and size of structures, and size
of open spaces for light anu ventilation; adopting a map of said districts;
defining terms, uses; providing for the adjustment, enfo:cement and
amenumcmt thereof; and prescribing penalties for violation. ". be and
the same is hereby amended as follows:
The East 150 feet of Lots 7 through 13,
inclusive, and the Ziaot 150 feet of the
North 80 feet of Lot 14, Amended Plat of
Drui.~ Park, accoraing to plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 7, page 5, Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby zoned R-lC (SINGLE-FAMILY) RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are he~'eby epeal:
SECTION 3. Ti~at this ordinance shall b';cotn.:: effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
