AN ORDINANCE OF T~[£ CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT CERTAIN NORTIq-SOUTH ALLEY
BETWEEN 23D AND 24TH STREETS AND
IVLA. GNOLIA AND PARK AVENUES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TIdE CI']W OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That that certain alley describe~ as that certain
North-South alley between 25O and 24th Streets and Magnolia an~ Park
Avenues, be and the same is hei;eby closed, vacated and abandoned as
a public alley in the City of Sanfor~, Florida, and the City does hereby
.ii=claim any rights of the City and the public to said area.
SECTION 2. That all orc~inances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be ami the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Tt~at mis ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage allcl adoption.
