AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THE WESTERLY 10 FEET OF MAGNOLIA
AVENUE ABUTTING LOTS 12 AND 14, LANE~
ADDITION TO SANFORD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of a street and an alley described
as the westerly 10 feet of Magnolia Avenue abutting Lots 12 and 14, Lane's
Addition to Sanford, be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abaa-
done~ as a public street and alley in the City of Sanforci, Florida, and the
City does hereby disclaim any rigi~ts of the City and the public to said
area.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immecdately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12 day of T~ece~ 'r)er
