AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA ADOPTING SOUTHERN STANDARD
BUILDING CODE 1960-1961, REVISED EDITION,
INCLUDING ALL FEES AND CHARGES THEREIN,
AS THE BUILDING CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, EXCEPT SECTION
105. l(d) THEREOF.
BE IT ENACTED BY TIlE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the Southern Standard Building Code 1960-
1961, revised edition, except Section 105. l(d) thereof, as prepared
by the Southern Building Code Congress, be and the same is hereby
adopted as the Building Code of the City of Sanford, Florida, together
with all fees and charges contained therein, and that two true copies
of said Code are herewith filed in the office of the City Clerk as a mat-
ter of permanent record of the City of Sanford, ant, that the matters
and contents therein by reference are made a part of this ordinance as
fully and completel7 as if set forth herein, and that said copies shall
remain on file in said office available for public inspection.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of orc~nances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day] of F~bruary, A.JD. 1961.
