AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ES-
TABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMEND-
MENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN TERRITORY
FROM R-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY) RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT, TO C -T (COMMERCIAL -TRANSIENT)
DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTIONI. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended, said
ordinance being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoning plan
within the City of Sanford, creating fifteen (15) districts, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, lana and
water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes; the heights
and size of structures, and size of open spaces for light and ventila-
tion; adopting a map of said districts; cefiring terms, uses; providing
for the aujustment, enforcement and amendment thereof; and prescribing
penalties for violation. ", be, and the same is hereby amended as follows:
The property located between Sanford Avenue and Grandview
Avenue and 25th Place and 26th Street, more particularly
described as: Lots 1 through 36, Block 2, Palm Terrace,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, pages
82 and 83, Seminole County Public Records, and Lot IA,
Seminole Heights, according to plat thereof recorued in
Plat Book 8, page 1, Seminole County Public Records,
be, and the same is hereby zoned C -T (Commecial-Transient) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith, be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
