AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING SAN CARLOS AVENUE FROM EAST
FIRST STREET TO ~MINOLt5 OULIEVARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of San Carlos Avenue in the City
of Sanford, Florida, from its intersection with ~irst Street North to its
intersection with Seminole Boulevard, reserving, however, unto the City
of Sanford a utilities easement lying 7 1/2 feet to the right and left of the
existing centerline of said street, be and the same is hereby closed, vacated
and abandoned as a public street in the City of Sanford, F'lorida, anti the
City does hereby disclaim any rights of the City and the public to said
area o
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repeale~.
SdCTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
