AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
750, SAID ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR
ANNEXATION OF A PORTION OF M. M.
SMITH'S SUBDIVISION, SAID AMENDMENT
CORRECTING THE DESCRIPTION THEREIN.
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 750 of the City of Sanford,
Florida passed and adopted March 27, 1961 annexing a portion of
M. M. Smith's Subdivision in Seminole County, Florida, contained
therein an erroneous description,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 750 of the City of
Sanford, Florida adopted March 27., 1961, be and the same is hereby
amended by changing the real property described therein to the following:
Blocks 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 88, 89 and 90, M. M. Smith's Subdivision,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55, Seminole County
Public Records, together with McCracken Road extending from the West line
of said Block 73 extended northerly, easterly to the Sanford City Limits.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.

Florida, on the llth day of April 1961.
