AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT CERTAIN PARK LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF BLOCK 7,
AT THE INTERSECTION OF KEY AVENUE AND
FOREST DRIVE, AND THAT CERTAIN UNNAMED
STREET ABUTTING AFORESAID PARK AND LYING
WITHIN AN AREA BETWEEN BLOCK 7 AND 60
FEET NORTH OF THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY
OF BLOCK 8 AND 60 FEET WEST OF THE WESTERLY
BOUNDARY OF BLOCK 9, ALL IN WYNNEWOOD
SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 92, 93 AND
94, SEMINOLE COUNTY PUBLIC RECORDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain park located at the
southeast corner of Block 7, at the intersection of Key Avenue and
Forest Drive, and that certain unnamed street abutting aforesaid
parkand lying within an area between Block 7 and 60 feet north of
the northerly boundary of Block 8 and 60 feet West of the westerly
boundary of Block 9, all in Wynnewood Subdivision, according to
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, pages 92, 93 and 94, Seminole
County Public Records, be, and the same is hereby closed, vacated
and abandoned as a public park and a public street in the City of
Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim any rights of
the City and the public to said area.
SECTION 2. That all o~'dinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

Florida, do hereby certify that a true and correct copy of the
foregoing Ordinance No. 752 PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Com-
mission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 8th day of May
1961 was posted at the front door of the City Hall in
Sanford, Florida, on the 9th day of May 1961.
