AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362, AS AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, SAID AMENDMENT PROHIBITING
HOME OCCUPATIONS IN ALL RESIDENTIAL
ZONES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, as amended, said o,dinance being the zoning ordinance of the
City of Sanford, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended by pro-
hibiting home occupations as defined therein, in all residential zones.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective imme~
diately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8
day of May, A.D.
