AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362, OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE
BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT PLACING
CERTAIN TERRITORY IN R-3 (SINGLE-FAMILY)
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended, said
ordinance being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoning plan
within the City of Sanford, creating fifteen (15) districts, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and
water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes; the heights
and size of structures, and size of open spaces for light and ventila-
tion; adopting a map of said districts; defining terms, uses; providing
for the adjustment, enforcement and amendment thereof; and prescribing
penalties forviolation. ", be, and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Blocks 74, 75, 76, 77, 88, 89 and 90, M. M.
Smith's Subdivision, according to plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55, Seminole
County Public Records,
be, and the same is hereby zoned R-3 (Single-Family) Residential
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

foregoing Ordinance No 754, PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Com-

1961 was POSTED at the front door of the City Hall in the City
of Sanford, Florida, on the 23rd day of May 1961.
