AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING CHAPTER 14-13, THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
1954, ITEM 9 THEREOF, BEING THE SCHEDULE
OF OCCUPATION AND LICENSE TAX APPLICABLE
TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, SAID AMENDMENT
ESTABLISHING THE SCHEDULE OF LICENSES
ACCORDING TO CHAPTERS 561.34 AND 561.35,
FLORIDA STATUTES 1959, AND AS THEREAFTER
AMENDED, AND ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT OF
SUCH LICENSE TAX IN CONFORMITY WITH
CHAPTER 561.36, FLORIDA STATUTES 1959,
AND AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AND FURTHER
REPEALING THE PROVISION OF CHAPTER 4-21,
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
1954, AS AMENDED, INSOFAR AS THE SAME IS
IN CONFLICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 14-13, Item 9 thereof, The Code
of the City of Sanford, Florida 1954, as amended, providing for the
schedule of occupation and license tax applicable to alcoholic beverages
be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Alcoholic beverages. The schedule of occupational licenses
imposed upon the manufacture, sale and distribution of
alcoholic beverages shall be according to Chapters 561.34
and 561.35, Florida Statutes, 1959, and as thereafter
amended, and the amount of license imposed thereon shall
be in accordance with Chapter 561.36, Florida Statutes,
1959, and any amendments thereto."
SECTION 2. That Chapter 4-21, The Code of the City of Sanford,
Florida, 1954, as amended, be and the same is hereby repealed to the
extent that the same is in conflict with this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
