AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING CHAPTER 14-I3, ITEM
112 THEREOF, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA 1954, AS AMENDED, SAID
SECTION PROVIDING FOR SCHEDULE OF OCCU-
PATION AND LICENSE TAXES FOR MINIATURE
OR TOM THUMB GOLF COURSES, SAID AMEND-
MENT CHANGING THE FEE THEREFOR.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 14-13, The Code of the City of
Sanford, Florida 1954, as amended, Item 112 thereof, providing for
the schedule of occupation and license taxes applicable to miniature
or tom thumb golf courses, be and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"Sec. 14-13.
112. Golf, Miniature or Tom Thumb, each course $25. Off'
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinaqce shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22 day of Janu/y, A.D. 1962.
