AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMI$'~F
THE CI~ OF S~FORD, FLORIDA, CLOSING,
VACATING ~D ABORNING ALL EASEMENTS
THROUGH ~D U~N LOTS 69 THROUGH 72,
INCLUSIVE, S~ LANTA THIRD SECTION,
ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS
OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That all easements through and upon Lots 69
through 72, inclusive, San Lanta Third Section, according to plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 13, page 75, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida, be, and the same are hereby closed, vacated and abandoned
as public easements in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does
hereby disclaim any rights of the City and the public to said easements.
SECTION 2. That ail ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this
