AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
771 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY
IN R-2 (ONE AND TWO FAMILY DWELLING)
DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended,
said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Sanford, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings,
structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or other
purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
The property lying north of Onora Road and abutting
Palmetto Avenue and Magnolia Avenue, said property
being more particularly described as:
That portion of Lot A lying West of that certain utility
easement extending northeasterly from the NE corner
of Lot 8 to Lot 7 and Lots 8 through Lot 12, all in
Block 4, and Lots 7 through Lot 18 of Block 6, all in
Rosalind Heights Subdivision, according to plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 3, page 47, Seminole County
Public Records,
be, and the same is hereby zoned R-2 (One and Two Family Dwelling)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
