AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING OF A PORTION OF EAST TWENTY
FOURTH STREET IN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of East Twenty-Fourth
Street in the City of Sanford, Florida running west from the west
line of Lot 10, Block 2, Wynnewood, according to plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 4, pages 92-94, Seminole County Public
Records, extended, to a line 10 feet west of the east line of Lot
3, Block 2, of said plat of Wynnewood, extended, be and the same
is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public street in the
City of Sanford, Florida, reserving, however, unto the City a
14-foot alley lying 7 feet on either side of the center line of the
above described.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
