AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT CERTAIN EAST-WEST ALLEY
LYING BETWEEN Lot 10 and Lot 11, ROSE
COURT REPLAT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That that certain east-west alley lying between
Lot 10 and Lot 11, Rose Court Replat, according to plat thereof re
corded in Plat Book 10, pages 7 and 8, Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida, be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and
abandoned as a public alley in the City of Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
